With over two decades of experience in the IT industry, Reyan has lived the journey of entrepreneurship. He founded and scaled his own IT business before merging it with a managed services provider, where he helped drive growth, build high-performing teams and strengthen culture through structure and accountability.

Today Reyan works with leadership teams across Geelong, Melbourne, Sydney, Sri Lanka and beyond to implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®). Through hands-on facilitation, he helps leaders get clear on their vision, align their teams and create the rhythm and discipline needed to achieve real traction.
